Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE & ENTRY

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and undertake to comply with all rules, information, and instructions displayed on the ticket and throughout the venue.
 
Admission & Tickets

  • The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission where entry is deemed a risk.
     

  • No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost or damaged tickets.
     

  • Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. Entry will be refused without one.
     

  • Tickets must not be resold or transferred in the course of business.
     

  • Tickets may not be used for competitions or promotions.
     

 
Age Restrictions

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
     

  • A Challenge 25 policy operates. Valid photo ID may be required when purchasing alcohol.
     

 
Prohibited Items & Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the site and/or refusal of entry:

  • Illegal substances or “legal highs”
     

  • Alcohol brought into the arena
     

  • Glass containers
     

  • Fireworks
     

  • Private sound systems
     

  • Laser pens
     

  • Professional audio, video, or photographic equipment
     

  • BBQs, camping stoves, or any equipment used for cooking food
     

  • Larger tents or gazebos
     

  • Tables
     

  • Any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the organisers
     

  • Only non-alcoholic drinks in sealed, collapsible plastic (or similar) containers of no more than 500ml are permitted. Containers with broken seals will not be allowed.
     

  • No unauthorised trading is permitted on site.
     

  • Smoking is prohibited in all outside areas unless specified otherwise.

 
Tents, Sun Shelters, Seating & Picnics

  • Small sun tents are permitted in the main arena up to a maximum height of 1 metre.
     

  • Security may request that sun tents be moved to the perimeter if they cause obstruction.
     

  • Larger tents and gazebos are not permitted due to health and safety concerns.
     

  • Tables are not permitted anywhere on site due to obstruction.
     

  • Personal chairs are permitted; however, security may ask that chairs are moved to the perimeter if they cause obstruction.
     

  • Chairs are not permitted at the front of the stage.
     

  • Snacks and food for children are allowed; however, full picnics are not permitted.
     

  • Alcohol must not be brought into or out of the arena, and doing so will result in refusal of entry.
     

A wide variety of catering options are available on site, including BBQ, pizza, burgers, ice cream, and more. There will also be bars offering a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
 
Animals

  • No animals are permitted on site, except registered assistance dogs. Attendance with an assistance dog must be agreed in advance. Approved assistance dog owners will be issued a permit, which must be presented to security on the day of the event.
     

 
Accessibility

  • Access to facilities is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
     

  • Attendees without prior arrangements may be unable to access facilities if capacity is reached.
     

 
Safety & Event Management

  • Lost persons should report to one of the static security points marked by green flags.
     

  • Amplified sound and strobe lighting will be used.
     

  • Exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage.
     

  • The organisers reserve the right to introduce additional restrictions or conditions at any time to ensure safety.
     

 
Photography & Recording

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience for promotional or commercial use.
     

 
Line-Up Changes

  • This ticket is for the event, not a specific artist or band.
     

  • The advertised line-up is subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.
     

 
Liability & Refunds

  • The organiser is not liable for losses or damages that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.
     

  • In the event of cancellation, refunds are limited to the face value of the ticket.
     

  • If government or local authority pandemic legislation prevents the event from taking place, full refunds will be issued upon request.
     

 
Amendments

  • The promoters reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions in line with changes to law, legislation, or company policy.
