Dear Fi.Festers,

We hope you are all well and staying safe.

We are very grateful for your patience during these difficult times. As you can imagine, we have been working hard to reschedule Fi.Fest ‘20 to ensure that Fi.Fest ‘21 is just as good, if not better!

We are therefore happy to confirm that we have maintained EVERY act for our new date, July 3rd 2021. This includes all the bands, kids’ entertainment, sponsors and of course our fantastic venue at Stroud Farm!

We are extremely grateful to all the entertainers and agents for being so accommodating and helpful during what has been a really tough period for everyone.

Finally, we are so grateful to all of you wonderful Fi.Festers out there and for your continued patience, understanding, and support – thank you.

We hope to see you all on July 3rd 2021 for a festival to remember, and one we all deserve.

Fi.Fest Music Festival 2020 – Covid19 Statement

Dear FiFesters,

After careful consideration and following the ongoing and unprecedented situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, and in response to the Government's time frame regarding the deescalation of the lock down, it has now been confirmed that it will not be possible to hold a safe and fun festival at this challenging time of uncertainty. The health and safety of all our staff, artists, traders, and you our customers is paramount.

We are rescheduling the festival for Saturday 3rd July 2021 and are deeply disappointed that we could not go ahead this year. We had so much planned, with some great surprises for the day.

Our customers now have two choices for the tickets that you have purchased for the 2020 event. Firstly, you can transfer your ticket to 2021, or you can request a full refund. If you wish to move your ticket to 2021, all tickets that you have kindly purchased in advance will automatically transfer and roll over to next year’s festival, no need to contact us. An email will be sent to all ticket holders by Friday 15th May containing the full line up and entertainment for the rescheduled date. The team has been working hard over the last few weeks to make sure we can move the event and have been in contact with the artists, agents, and entertainers to successfully maintain as close as possible the line-up for 2021. We will of course advise and update if there are any changes to the event in due course, but as things stand we are on track to deliver the same acts and events as advertised this year.

As stated though, we are of course offering you a full refund as an alternative. If you would like a refund instead then please email by JUNE 1st 2020 and the money will be deposited back into your account. We require the following information in your email to process your refund and you should expect to receive it by June 10th.

  • The name the booking was made under.

  • Email address attached to booking.

  • Booking order number.

The reason for the refund application cut off date, and information required is that our ticket service is provided by a third party company. To issue refunds we must accumulate all refund information and then process the payments for them to release the funds to you. We hope you understand this.

We are very disappointed to be informing you of this decision and had hoped that we would be able to provide a successful and safe event that would of be something to look forward to at the end of the current situation affecting us all. We appreciate all the support, understanding and patience that we have received so far, and we really hope that you decide to carry your booking over to 2021. If you have any queries or questions please do not hesitate to reach out at, and we will get back to you as soon as we can, please bear in mind that due to current events this may take a little longer than it usually would.

We look forward to seeing many of you on a sunny Saturday in 2021 for Fi.Fest. Please look after yourselves, your loved ones and each other.

Stay safe and thank you,

Fi.Fest Team
